Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties for patients at Mercy - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital in Youngstown, OH.

This on-site role requires flexibility to cover 8-hour shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a PRN float arrangement. Responsibilities include MRN assignment, insurance verification, ABN usage, pre-registration, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open to innovation including AI to improve processes.
