Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains demographic, insurance and financial information from patient or guarantor and enters it into the system with high accuracy.
• Explains forms to patients/guarantors and collects signatures as needed.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and tracks required notifications/authorizations.
