Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and basic PC use.

Responsabilités

• Complete registration, admission and insurance verification for patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate data for billing.
• Explain patient rights under HIPAA and Harris Health policy.
