No healthcare background is required; we will train you. This PRN on-site role offers a base pay range of $16.12–$23.21 per hour, with pay determined by role, location, and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Preferred healthcare experience (not required).

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused.
• Navigate insurance plans and coverage details (training provided).
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
