Job summary

R1 RCM, a leading provider of technology-driven solutions transforming the patient experience and hospital revenue cycles, seeks a Patient Access Representative for the Ascension Seton Hays site in Kyle, TX.

You will be the first point of contact, registering patients across systems, gathering information, and delivering fast, compassionate access to care. Training is provided for those new to healthcare, with a strong focus on accuracy and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Navigate insurance plans, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
