Qualifications

• Must be up to date on vaccinations and able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service team to meet production standards and schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day performance metrics for Patient Experience Specialists.
• Coordinate activities impacting timely and accurate patient processing.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling team resources.
• Interact with patients and clinicians to ensure smooth check-in.
