Job summary

The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division is seeking a Social Services Manager in Elgin to lead Pathway of Hope casework for families. You will coordinate with the Regional Social Work Manager and Corps Officers to implement program objectives and oversee staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities include client intake, progress tracking, and developing community partnerships while maintaining records and ensuring program compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field; MSW preferred.
• Two years of case management experience.
• One year of supervisory/leadership experience; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Pathway of Hope casework services for families.
• Collaborate with the Regional Social Work Manager and Corps Officers.
• Maintain client records and SIMS reporting.
• Provide leadership for social service programs and volunteers.
• Develop partnerships with community resources and agencies.
