Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social work or related field.
• Experience in ministry leadership preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial intake to determine needs of families seeking assistance.
• Manage a small case load of clients.
• Coordinate life skill courses utilizing Bible-based curriculum.

Skills

Effective communication in English

Basic knowledge of Spanish

Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

Strong organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in ministry, social work, psychology or related field
