Job summary

Dawar Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer and Instructional Designer to develop and deliver training programs for Product Development and pathology laboratory teams in Tucson. You will translate complex scientific concepts and laboratory workflows into engaging materials and hands-on learning experiences.

The role requires designing e-learning modules, SOPs, and guides, plus delivering onboarding, classroom sessions, and virtual workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of designing and delivering technical training to adults.
• Experience with pathology labs, tissue-based assays, or laboratory workflows.
• Strong presentation, communication, content development, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training programs, e-learning modules, SOPs, lab guides, and quick-reference materials.
• Translate lab workflows and diagnostic procedures into accessible training content.
• Deliver onboarding, classroom training, hands-on coaching, and virtual workshops.
• Conduct training needs assessments with SMEs and managers to identify skill gaps.
• Manage LMS training content, completion tracking, and competency assessments.
• Maintain training documentation to meet quality and compliance requirements.
