Dawar Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer and Instructional Designer to develop and deliver training programs for Product Development and pathology laboratory teams in Tucson. You will translate complex scientific concepts and laboratory workflows into engaging materials and hands-on learning experiences.

The role requires designing e-learning modules, SOPs, and guides, plus delivering onboarding, classroom sessions, and virtual workshops.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of designing and delivering technical training to adults.
• Experience with pathology labs, tissue-based assays, or laboratory workflows.
• Strong presentation, communication, content development, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

Seeking an experienced Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer todevelop and deliver technical training programs for Product Development andpathology laboratory teams. This individual will translate complex scientificconcepts, tissue-based assays, and laboratory procedures into engaging trainingmaterials and hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and developtechnical training programs, e-learning modules, SOPs, lab guides, andquick-reference materials using instructional design methodologies such asADDIE.
• Translate complexpathology lab workflows, tissue-based assays, and diagnosticinstrumentation procedures into easy-to-understand training content.
• Deliver technicalonboarding, classroom training, hands-on laboratory coaching, and virtualworkshops.
• Conduct trainingneeds assessments and collaborate with SMEs and department managers toidentify skill gaps.
• Manage LMStraining content, completion tracking, and competency assessments.
