Job summary

Spectraforce in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer to own the learning lifecycle across product development and related functions, bridging pathology lab knowledge with adult learning principles.

You will author e-learning modules, lab guides, SOPs and facilitate onboarding, hands-on coaching, and interactive workshops using Articulate 360 and Camtasia, while coordinating with SMEs and the S&OE team to ensure compliant, scalable content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/business with 5+ years’ experience.
• Master’s degree in science/engineering with 1+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, author, and update technical training modules and courses.
• Translate complex lab concepts into structured learning paths.
• Develop scenario-based digital modules and multimedia assets.
• Maintain courseware aligned with quality and platform updates.
• Facilitate onboarding programs and hands-on coaching.
• Lead in-person, lab-based, and virtual training sessions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to define competencies.
• Manage LMS assets and track progress for compliance.
