Dawar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer to develop and deliver technical training for Product Development and pathology lab teams in Tucson, AZ.

You will translate complex scientific concepts and lab procedures into engaging training materials and hands-on experiences. The role requires expertise in pathology workflows, diagnostic instrumentation, and e-learning tools, with the ability to deliver onboarding, workshops, and assessments in a long-term

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing technical training for adult learners.
• Experience in pathology labs, tissue-based assays, or diagnostic workflows.
• Familiarity with Ventana BenchMark or equivalent instrumentation.
• Hands-on with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Camtasia or similar tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, content development, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop technical training programs, e-learning modules, SOPs, lab guides, and quick-reference materials using ADDIE.
• Translate complex pathology lab workflows and instrumentation procedures into easy-to-understand training content.
• Deliver onboarding, classroom training, hands-on coaching, and virtual workshops.

Job Duration:Long Term Contract(Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $45/hr on W2

Seeking an experienced Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer todevelop and deliver technical training programs for Product Development andpathology laboratory teams. This individual will translate complex scientificconcepts, tissue-based assays, and laboratory procedures into engaging trainingmaterials and hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and developtechnical training programs, e-learning modules, SOPs, lab guides, andquick-reference materials using instructional design methodologies such asADDIE.
  
• Translate complexpathology lab workflows, tissue-based assays, and diagnosticinstrumentation procedures into easy-to-understand training content.
