Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer to own the end-to-end learning lifecycle for pathology lab product development. You will translate complex scientific concepts into structured learning paths and hands-on guides, delivering engaging onboarding and workshops.

Design e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and Camtasia, maintain courseware, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with relevant experience in technical training design.
• Experience designing training for adult learners, preferably in life sciences.
• Ability to work with SMEs to convert workflows into instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Design, author, and update technical training modules and hands-on labs.
• Deliver onboarding programs, lead workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Conduct needs analyses and manage LMS assets for tracking and compliance.
