Job summary

Apollopros is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer for pathology laboratory training. You will lead the full learning lifecycle, designing e‑learning, classroom and lab-based training, SOPs, and reference materials to accelerate employee performance in diagnostic operations.

You will collaborate with scientific teams, manage LMS content, and apply ADDIE to create scalable, engaging programs that translate complex lab workflows into practical skills and competencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 1+ year.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training for adult learners.
• Ability to translate lab workflows into structured training content.
• Experience with tissue-based assay products or diagnostic instrumentation.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, LMS, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance technical training curricula (ADDIE).
• Create e‑learning modules, hands‑on lab exercises, SOPs, guides, multimedia assets.
• Lead onboarding, classroom, lab coaching, and virtual training sessions.
• Partner with SMEs, manage LMS content, track training compliance and readiness.
• Translate complex lab processes into structured learning paths.
