Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Education Program Coordinator for the Department of Pathology. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, onboard visitors, and manage CME programs and trainee lecture series. You’ll work with medical staff and education committees to align programs with accreditation standards.

You will support course directors, manage scheduling, and help with special projects, while maintaining data accuracy and timely communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in Graduate Medical Education or hospital/healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with education CS/ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee observer process: schedule observers and adjudicate requests per guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for all visitors to the department.
• Onboard visitors: collect documents, facilitate visas and payments when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Health Stream trainings and vaccination requirements.
• Support CME-related residencies and lecture series, coordinating with CPD office.
