Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Education Coordinator to support multiple neurosurgery training programs, ensuring efficient daily operations, fellow recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements.

You will contribute to scheduling, curriculum support, and educational activities across affiliated sites, while handling visa coordination and documentation for researchers and trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field required.
• Knowledge of GME, ACGME requirements, and academic medicine.
• Experience with trainee onboarding, credentialing, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in an academic healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations for multiple accredited and non-accredited neurosurgery training programs.
• Manage all aspects of fellow recruitment, including interview scheduling and communications with selection committees.
• Oversee onboarding and credentialing of new fellows, including licensure, visa requirements, and hospital privileges.
• Plan and execute program orientation, graduation, and other key educational events for fellows and faculty.
• Administer fellowship program systems (New Innovations, ACGME WebADS, ERAS, NRMP) including setup and reporting.
• Coordinate clinical schedules, rotations, and educational activities across affiliated sites.
• Support HMS clerkship program and internal rotations with onboarding and scheduling.
• Serve as primary resource on program policies, accreditation requirements, and educational processes.
• Lead special projects and departmental initiatives to advance neurosurgery education programs.
