Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated seeks an Education Program Coordinator for the Department of Pathology. You will coordinate medical education programs and build relationships with physicians, nurses and clinical staff to advance professional development and high-quality CME offerings.

You will oversee observers and non-employee researchers, onboard visitors, and manage logistics for CME activities, Grand Rounds and lectures, while ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and internal

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred; 2–3 years in Graduate Medical Education or healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication; strong time management and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee observer process by scheduling observers and reviewing requests from faculty and visitors.
• Serve as primary contact for all visitors to the department.
• Onboard visitors by collecting documents, facilitating visas and payments when needed.
• Ensure visitors are cleared by Health Services and comply with vaccination requirements.
• Support Pathology Grand Rounds and residency/fellowship lectures; assist with CME credit submissions.
• Provide direct support to Course Directors and assist with special projects.
