Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Education Coordinator to support multiple neurosurgery training programs. You will manage fellow recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements, while coordinating scheduling and curriculum activities across affiliated sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship programs or Graduate Medical Education (GME).
• Experience coordinating trainee onboarding, credentialing, compliance, or medical staff administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in an academic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for accredited and non-accredited neurosurgery training programs.
• Manage fellow recruitment including interview scheduling and communications.
• Oversee onboarding, credentialing, licensure, visa requirements, and hospital privileges for fellows.
• Plan program orientation, graduation, and educational events for fellows and faculty.
• Administer fellowship systems (New Innovations, ACGME WebADS, ERAS, NRMP) including data maintenance and reporting.
• Coordinate clinical schedules, rotations, and educational activities across affiliated sites.
• Manage HMS clerkship program and internal rotations, including onboarding and scheduling.
• Serve as a resource on policies, accreditation requirements, and education processes.
• Lead special projects and committee initiatives to develop neurosurgery education programs.
