Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program features 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands‑on experiences to develop you as a leader. As an SMIT you will work with a District Leader, HR Partner, Store Manager coach and Training Store Manager to build skills in leadership, merchandising and store operations.

Anticipated weekly hours: 45. Pay range: $18.50–$23.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
