CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program runs for 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning in a real-store environment.

As an SMIT, you will work with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to build leadership skills while contributing to store performance, merchandising, and customer service. 45-hour weeks and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.

• Lead and develop a store team in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Engage with leaders to support the structured 16-week SMIT program and promotion path.
