Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager through 16 weeks of self-paced and collaborative training. You will gain hands-on and virtual learning experiences with mentors including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

As a SMIT, you will engage with leaders, support the management team, and align with CVS values, with a pathway to store leadership upon successful

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead through the SMIT program, collaborating with district leadership and store leadership.
• Support promotion path to Store Manager based on performance and openings.
• Engage team to execute merchandising, customer service and operational standards.
• Be available for promotions within the designated market and transfer as needed.
