Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or relevant experience considered.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, to lead a team and support customers.
• Experience in retail or supervision is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment and adapt to schedule changes.
