Job summary

CVS Health is seeking energetic individuals for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training path with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow leadership skills, take on store responsibilities, and advance into store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience encouraged.
• Willingness to promote to Store Manager in the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team through the SMIT program.
• Participate in 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training.
• Support merchandising, customer care and store operations.
• Engage with leadership to prepare for future promotion.
