CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with both virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will interact with leaders including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you progress toward leadership responsibilities within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
