Jiffy Lube International in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Manager in Training. This program develops store leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management of teammates, with a focus on guest service and store operations.

You will drive daily safety, attendance, and policy compliance, oversee onboarding and ongoing training, and prepare for a future role with growing responsibility and career progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and full P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
