Job summary

Jiffy Lube Savannah is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and develop store teammates, oversee training programs, attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in store safety and policy meetings.

You will drive store performance through coaching, scheduling, and performance management, manage sales, inventory controls, and guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Willing to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health via sales, inventory/cash controls, store marketing, guest satisfaction and full P&L responsibility.
• Build a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interviewing techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
