Jiffy Lube International in St Peters, Missouri is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and develop a store team while learning store operations and customer service best practices. You will supervise training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in policy and safety meetings to drive overall performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and daily cash/control duties, with opportunities for advancement within a dynamic automotive service environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience a plus.
• Ability to motivate Teammates.
• Must manage a Profit & Loss center.
• Strong communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
