Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Profit & Loss responsibility experience is preferred.
• Automotive industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, and scheduling.
• Manage the store's financial health with sales, inventory, and cash controls.
• Recruit, interview, and develop Teammates to build a winning team.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs and coverage.
• Model exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints; ensure maintenance of building and equipment.
