Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Clear communication with guests and teammates; follow regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store with sales, inventory and cash controls, and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting, interviewing and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure coverage and meet business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints; ensure facilities are well maintained.
