Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Experience handling store operations and customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store profitability through sales, inventory/cash controls, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive team development using recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage.
• Set example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
