• Manage store financials with sales, inventory and cash controls, and P&L responsibility.
• Build a winning team using recruiting tools and effective interviewing techniques.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage for business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
