Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in Massachusetts. The program runs 16 weeks with self-paced and collaborative training, combining virtual and hands-on learning. You will work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to develop leadership capabilities.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45, with a full-time schedule. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $26.25 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package supports medical, dental, vision, PTO,

• Effective verbal and written communication to lead a team.
