Job summary

CVS Health is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Needham, MA, a development-focused path to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning supervised by your District Leader and Store Manager coach.

Expect to develop leadership, merchandising, customer care and inventory management skills, with a typical 45-hour workweek and a comprehensive benefits package upon full-time hire.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience delivering customer care at a retail level.
• Ability to execute merchandising plans to drive sales.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations as part of the training path toward store leadership.
• Engage with leaders and participate in structured learning experiences.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain store standards and customer service.
• Assist in promoting into a CVS Store Manager role as opportunities arise.
