Job summary

The Buckle in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will lead sales, merchandising and store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

This role advances from AIT with higher duties, trains Teammates, recruits, and may act as Store Manager in their absence. The position offers opportunities to develop leadership and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Oversee merchandising and daily store operations.
