Job summary

Repligen is seeking a PAT Software Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for software supporting Analytics instruments and connected solutions. You will align customer needs with business priorities, deliver value, and drive usability and integration across platforms.

In this role you will serve as product owner in Agile teams, partner with engineering, instrument product managers and commercial teams, and shape digital-twin capabilities and partnerships to improve customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or life sciences related discipline.
5+ years of software product management or related experience in analytical instrumentation or connected products.
Experience owning software roadmaps, backlogs and priorities.
Working knowledge of Agile software development with engineering and QA partners.
Experience with instrument software, connected devices, automation or data platforms preferred.
Ability to translate customer needs into practical software requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

Define, own and maintain the software product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
Translate objectives and market needs into actionable initiatives and acceptance criteria.
Communicate product direction and tradeoffs to stakeholders with clarity and accountability.
Represent software strategy across business units and coordinate with instrument PMs.
Prioritize backlog based on value, risk, quality and delivery capacity.
Define requirements for digital-twin capabilities and integrations with workflows.
