Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Global Product Manager, Analytics Software to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of software supporting Analytics instruments and connected solutions. You will align customer needs with business priorities and collaborate with Engineering, Applications, Service & Support, and Commercial teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or life sciences.
5+ years in software product management or ownership in analytics/ instrumentation.
Experience owning software roadmaps and backlogs in a matrix organization.
Strong Agile, product requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own and define the software product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
Translate objectives into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, Quality and commercial teams.
Define KPIs, monitor data-driven performance and drive improvements.
Represent software strategy across Process Analytics and digital-twin initiatives.
