Job summary

Repligen Corporation in the United States seeks an Analytics Software Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of software for analytics instruments and connected solutions. This role aligns customer needs, business priorities and cross-functional requirements to deliver software products that improve user experience, connectivity and measurable customer and business outcomes.

The Software Product Manager serves as the product owner within the Agile development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, life sciences or related)
5+ years of software product management, product ownership or related experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, connected products or another technical market.
Demonstrated experience owning software roadmaps, requirements, backlogs and product priorities.
Working knowledge of Agile software development and experience partnering with software engineering and quality teams.
Experience with instrument software, connected devices, automation, data platforms, enterprise integrations or digital products preferred.
Experience managing external software, technology or development partnerships preferred.
Ability to translate customer workflows, technical needs and business objectives into practical software requirements and priorities.
Experience working across multiple products, business units and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-facing experience and ability to build effective internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the software vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle, aligned with organizational strategy and unit priorities.
Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product initiatives, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction, priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders with clarity and sound judgment.
Serve as the primary Process Analytics product representative for software strategy and integration across business units and product platforms.
Coordinate roadmaps and integration priorities across internal systems and third-party platforms to drive alignment.
Define product requirements and priorities for integrating digital-twin capabilities with Process Analytics instruments and data workflows.
Manage relationships with external partners, aligning roadmaps and commercialization requirements.
