Job summary

RepliGen Corporation is seeking an Analytics Software Product Manager responsible for strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of software for Repligen Analytics instruments and connected solutions. You will partner across Engineering, instrument PMs, QA, Applications, Service & Support and Commercial teams to deliver software that improves user experience, quality and outcomes.

You will own product strategy, integration across the Process Analytics portfolio including digital-twin

Qualifications

5+ years of software product management, product ownership or related experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, connected products or another technical market.
Demonstrated experience owning software roadmaps, requirements, backlogs and product priorities.
Working knowledge of Agile software development and experience partnering with software engineering and quality teams.
Experience with instrument software, connected devices, automation, data platforms, enterprise integrations or digital products preferred.
Experience managing external software, technology or development partnerships preferred.
Ability to translate customer workflows, technical needs and business objectives into practical software requirements and priorities.
Experience working across multiple products, business units and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the software vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product initiatives, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction, priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Serve as primary Process Analytics software strategy representative across business units and platforms; align priorities.
Coordinate roadmaps, dependencies and integration priorities across internal systems and third-party platforms.
Define product requirements and priorities for integrating digital-twin capabilities with instruments, systems and data workflows.
Own the software backlog with value-based prioritization and define clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Define and track product KPIs and objectives; use feedback and service data to inform decisions.
Provide updates to stakeholders and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with customers, Applications and UX to understand user journeys and advocate for the customer.
Define product readiness, release notes and documentation; support go-to-market and deployment.
