Job summary

Repligen Corp is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Process Analytics software. You will coordinate with multiple business units and instrument teams to align priorities, requirements and integration efforts, ensuring value delivery across platforms.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, agile practices, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of software product management, product ownership or related experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, connected products or another technical market.
Demonstrated experience owning software roadmaps, requirements, backlogs and product priorities.
Working knowledge of Agile software development and experience partnering with software engineering and quality teams.
Experience with instrument software, connected devices, automation, data platforms, enterprise integrations or digital products preferred.
Experience managing external software, technology or development partnerships preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the software product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for Process Analytics products.
Collaborate across business units, align software priorities with broader portfolio.
Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for development initiatives.
Track KPIs and use data to drive product improvements and stakeholder updates.
Partner with engineering, QA and customer-facing teams to ensure release readiness and value delivery.
