Job summary

Repligen Corp Analytics division is seeking an Analytics Software Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of software for Analytics instruments and connected solutions.

You will serve as the product owner within Agile development and partner with Software Engineering, instrument Product Managers, Quality, Applications, Service & Support, and Commercial teams to deliver software that improves user experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience defining software product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business objectives and customer workflows into actionable software initiatives.
• Strong communication of priorities, tradeoffs and success metrics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain software product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for Analytics instruments and connected solutions.
• Translate objectives into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with Engineering, instrument PMs, Quality, Applications, Service & Support and Commercial teams.
• Align software priorities across SoloVPE PLUS, FlowVPX, RPM and Process Analytics portfolio.
• Define requirements for digital-twin capabilities and data workflows integration.
• Manage relationships with partners (e.g., Novasign) for joint roadmaps and commercialization.
• Own backlog prioritization using value-based criteria and ensure release readiness.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven updates to leadership.
