Job summary

Repligen is seeking a PAT Software Product Manager responsible for strategy, roadmap and end-to-end product lifecycle of software supporting Repligen Analytics instruments and connected solutions. This role aligns customer needs, business priorities and cross-functional requirements to deliver software products that improve user experience, product quality, connectivity and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain the software product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle, aligned with organizational strategy and business unit priorities.
• Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product initiatives, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction, priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders with clarity and sound judgment.
• Serve as the primary Process Analytics product representative for software strategy and integration across business units and product platforms.
• Partner with instrument Product Managers to align software priorities across SoloVPE PLUS, FlowVPX, RPM and the broader Process Analytics portfolio.
• Coordinate shared roadmaps, dependencies and integration priorities across internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Own and prioritize the software backlog using value-based criteria; maintain backlog discipline and define acceptance criteria.
• Define product requirements and expected outcomes for development initiatives; balance stakeholder requests with clear rationale.
• Define and track product KPIs; use customer feedback and usage data to inform improvements.
• Partner with customers to understand workflows and translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive a consistent software experience across Analytics products and connected workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and QA to define quality expectations and release outcomes; prioritize defects and improvements.
• Define product readiness criteria and coordinate release notes, documentation and customer enablement.
• Support software positioning, pricing, forecasting and go-to-market planning.
• Provide clear roadmap updates and surface cross-functional dependencies with actionable tradeoffs.
