Job summary

Repligen seeks an Analytics Software Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of software for Analytics instruments and connected solutions. You will align customer needs with business priorities and collaborate across engineering, applications, service and commercial teams to deliver outcomes.

As product owner in an Agile environment, you will drive digital-twin capabilities, partnerships and cross-functional alignment to ensure release readiness and market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of software product management, product ownership or related experience in life sciences or analytical instrumentation.
• Experience owning software roadmaps, requirements, backlogs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain the software product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
• Translate objectives into actionable initiatives, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate direction and tradeoffs to stakeholders with clarity and accountability.
