Job summary

RepliGen Corporation seeks an Analytics Software Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of software for Repligen Analytics instruments and connected solutions. You will align customer needs with business priorities and work across Software Engineering, instrument PMs, QA, Applications, Service & Support, and Commercial teams to drive digital-twin capabilities and partnerships.

Qualifications

5+ years of software product management, product ownership or related experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, connected products or another technical market.
Demonstrated experience owning software roadmaps, requirements, backlogs and product priorities.
Working knowledge of Agile software development and experience partnering with software engineering and quality teams.
Experience with instrument software, connected devices, automation, data platforms, enterprise integrations or digital products preferred.
Experience managing external software, technology or development partnerships preferred.
Ability to translate customer workflows, technical needs and business objectives into practical software requirements and priorities.
Experience working across multiple products, business units and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product initiatives and acceptance criteria.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction to stakeholders.
Own and prioritize the software backlog using value-based criteria.
Define clear product requirements, acceptance criteria and intended outcomes for development initiatives.
Define and track product KPIs and align with customer and business outcomes.
Use feedback, usage insights and data to inform decisions and improvements.
Partner with customers, UX resources and Applications to ensure a consistent software experience across Analytics products.
