The Hilton Atlanta is seeking a pastry cook to join their culinary team at Nikolai's Roof! Find us in Downtown Atlanta, within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. Dining options include four unique restaurants and bars.

Ideal candidate: has a strong culinary background and at least 2-3 years of pastry experience. Large hotel experience is preferred.

What will I be doing?

As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and baking all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for food and beverage outlets, in line with the hotel's commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Preparing pastry food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation standards
• Stocking, maintaining, and ensuring proper storage and refrigeration of all prepared products
• Developing new products for à la carte and catering menus, as needed
• Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
• Displaying and setting baked products on mobile carts as per specifications
• Preparing daily requisitions for supplies and food items
