Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production stations and ensuring quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared on the hot line. Must have knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions, including grill, sauté, and pantry stations. Responsible for maintaining the quality of food prepared on the line, creating appealing plate designs, and ensuring the presentation quality of all food items.
