What will I be doing?

As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and baking all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Your goal is to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Preparing pastry items according to recipes and quality standards

• Storing and refrigerating prepared products properly
• Developing new products for menus and catering, as needed
• Following food handling and storage regulations

• Preparing daily requisitions for supplies
