Assists in supervising and actively participating in the food production area of the kitchen to maintain Hilton's high standards of quality.

What will I be doing?

As a Drago's Lead Cook, you will oversee and participate in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation
  • Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain knowledge of menu and food products
  • Stock and manage par levels for food stations
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items
