We are looking to add a talented, hard-working Baker to our daytime, world-class kitchen team. Schedule: Commitment to working 4-5 days a week is required.

Pay: $23-$26/hour

Benefits:

• Insurance: Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance available after 60 days of employment at 30+ hours/week, with Canlis covering 75% of the cost for employees and dependents.
• 401k: Matching 75% up to 8% of pay.
• Closed on Sundays, Mondays, and most holidays.
• Dining Privileges: 50% off all food and non-alcoholic beverages immediately; after 6 months, a dinner for two (excluding alcohol) annually. Restrictions apply for Fridays/Saturdays and December.
• PTO: Universal paid time off based on tenure, starting at 7 days for 0-3 years, up to 15 days for 11+ years.

Tips are pooled and shared among kitchen and dining staff, with a 20% service charge added to bills. Employees must report tips accurately.
