Chef Daniel Boulud’s flagship restaurant, DANIEL, seeks experienced and passionate cooks to join our pastry team!

Long-term Positions Available for Pastry Cooks

We are looking for dedicated and focused Pastry Cooks who are eager for new challenges and growth opportunities. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Candidates should be hospitality-minded and committed to personal and professional development. A minimum of one year of experience is required; experience in fine dining is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Pastry Cook:
  1. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the pastry menu and general pastry techniques, including the principles and formulas related to starches, fats, sugars, liquids, eggs, and flavorings.
  2. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Manage the production and organization of the pastry station, including dessert production, product rotation, and ingredient management, with a professional understanding of cooking ingredients and procedures.
  4. Work both in production and during service.
