LE VEAU D'OR, the newly re-opened French Bistro from chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our team alongside Pastry Chef Michelle Palazzo.

The ideal candidate has an enthusiasm for food and hospitality. As a key member of the culinary team, a successful Pastry Cook will prioritize positivity, passion, and flexibility. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small, energetic, seasoned, and diverse team committed to creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace for learning, collaboration, and growth.

Ideal Candidate
  • Working knowledge and passion for classic French pastry techniques
  • Experience or a desire to learn more about pastry, including plating, production, and events. This position will focus on production and service plating. We are a prefix-only restaurant, and everyone receives desserts. The ability to work quickly and with attention to detail is essential.
  • Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work AM and PM service Tuesday - Saturday, including opening production and closing service throughout the workweek
  • Ability to manage time effectively for both production and plating during service
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment
  • Self-management skills
